My first competition - INBA
I placed 4th against some pretty amazing bodies.. I was super nervous and a bit shy! it was a good practice competiton to start with.. I have made a few changes and some improvements in the lead up to my second competition, I upped my cardio, fixed my poses and leaned out a lot more!
