So when those annoying sweet cravings kick in I believe it’s ok to cheat and treat every once in a while BUT.... very wisely!!! After all we are only human, if we deprive ourselves from the things we love we will end up wanting them more and more, that could then result into a binge.
I get most of my sugarfree lollies and chocolates from chemist warehouse. The sugarfree drinking choloclate is from safeway... too easy!
